Terms of use and subscription

Fox Synth is provided by Foshan Yunjing Shanhe Technology Co., LTD (佛山市云景山河科技有限公司). Read these terms and the specific offer Apple displays when purchasing.

1. Product scope

Fox Synth is a native macOS subtractive synthesizer with dual oscillators, filters, envelopes, modulation, effects, MIDI/computer/onscreen keyboard playing, presets and performance recording. Access covers the actual features listed at purchase. It is not a multitrack workstation, live guitar or microphone processor, piano sample library or AI tool. Professional stage hardware and reliability acceptance is not yet complete.

2. Monthly subscription and trial

The period is one month. Pricing for your store region is shown by Apple; this website lists no fixed amounts. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility within the subscription group; an account generally cannot claim the offer repeatedly. The trial starts when Apple confirms the subscription, not when you download or open the app.

Unless cancelled, the trial converts to the displayed paid monthly subscription and renews until cancelled. Apple’s purchase sheet and subscription settings determine eligibility, effective dates and charging arrangements.

3. Cancellation, restoration and refunds

To avoid renewal, cancel through Apple’s subscription settings at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends. Apple shows when access ends; cancelling a free trial may end access immediately. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Use the app’s manage/cancel action or Apple subscription management.

After reinstalling or changing Macs, use the original purchasing Apple Account and Restore Purchases. Apple handles payment and refund requests. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides whether to approve it.

4. Access expiry and local work

After access ends, new playing and recording through subscription features are restricted. We do not delete local presets, WAV or MIDI files because you cancel. Keep your own backups. The app avoids interrupting an already authorized performance or recording solely for a subscription check; this is not a guarantee of uninterrupted stage use.

5. Creative rights and licensing

You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your presets, recordings and performances. Using the app does not transfer ownership of your work to us. You are responsible for permission to import, perform or share third-party music, MIDI or audio. Rights in the app, interface and code remain with the respective rights holders.

Apps obtained through the Mac App Store also use Apple’s standard EULA and applicable Apple service terms. This page supplements product and subscription information and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

6. Compatibility, updates and support

macOS 13 or later is required. Devices, drivers, system settings and load affect sound and response. Development features and presets may change. During a subscription we provide the included app functions, version updates and product support; delivered changes are described in actual release notes. Contact us about faults or purchasing issues.
