This policy explains how Foshan Yunjing Shanhe Technology Co., LTD (佛山市云景山河科技有限公司, ‘we’) handles information when you use Fox Synth and synth.yjshai.com.

1. Local creative files

The app saves presets, favorites, editing state and WAV/MIDI performances locally. The App Store build normally uses its sandbox’s Library/Application Support/VirtualSynth directory. Import and export read or write files you select. There is no developer cloud sync. Operating-system backups, cloud-drive sync or files you choose to share depend on those services and your settings.

2. Apple subscriptions

The subscription build uses Apple StoreKit to read products, check introductory-offer eligibility, verify transactions and access periods, and restore purchases. The app processes Apple’s product identifiers and verified transaction information locally. Apple handles payments and Apple Accounts. We do not receive your card number or Apple Account password, and do not currently upload transactions to our own subscription server. See Apple’s privacy policy. The development build does not offer real purchases; opening the app does not itself charge you.

3. Website logs

Our server may log IP addresses, request times and paths, browser information and response statuses for operation, security and troubleshooting. Logs are periodically cleared under the server’s rotation policy and access is limited to necessary operators. This site has no advertising trackers, third-party analytics or marketing cookies. Audio and image assets are served from this site.

4. Support requests

If you email us, we process the address, description, screenshots or files you choose to send to answer and investigate your request. Remove unrelated sensitive information, such as passwords, before sending. Email uses the mail provider’s infrastructure; support information is cleared after the support purpose and necessary retention period.

5. Sharing and choices

We do not sell your personal information. Apart from necessary Apple purchasing, hosting and email services, we do not provide your creative content to third parties unless required by law. You may manage or delete local files yourself and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support information you submitted. Manage Apple Account, payment and subscription records through Apple.

6. Security, minors and updates

The website uses HTTPS. The app does not specifically collect personal information from minors; minors should subscribe under a guardian’s guidance. We update this policy and its date when features or processing change and provide appropriate notice of material changes.
